Engineering Courses and Admissions

Engineering

Engineering courses basically focus on the aspects of imagining, designing, and building technology, software systems, and processes that solve problems and make people’s lives better and more enjoyable, using scientific and mathematical precision. In addition, Engineering courses also lay emphasis on a powerful growth mindset, creativity, problem-solving skills, and the drive and curiosity to do something to lead the world towards advancement.

Popular engineering specializations include Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Electronics Engineering. Other emerging specializations are Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Robotics Engineering, etc. The BTech eligibility criteria require students to complete Class 12 in the Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects with at least 50 to 75 percent marks, which can vary depending on the college, course level, and specialization. For an MTech degree, students must have completed graduation with at least 55 percent marks.
